How to Change the Source of Hazmat and Restriction Listing Data

To change the source of the Hazmat and Restriction Listing data, follow these steps. If you need to continuously check multiple ASINs, selecting the Amazon Selling Partner API is the best option for you. Both options provide information directly from Amazon.

1. Open AZInsight Settings: Locate the AZInsight Settings icon (a cog) at the top right corner of the extension.
2. Select View Layout: Click on the settings icon and select “View Layout.”
3. Choose Source: Under “Hazmat and Listing Restrictions Source Selection,” choose either “From Amazon Selling Partner API” to use the Selling Partner API or “Seller Central” to use Seller Central as the source.
4. Save Changes: Hit the Save button to apply your selection.
