Fulfillment Fee Discrepancy: AZInsight vs. Amazon

Modified on Mon, 11 Nov at 5:59 AM

Important Information to Keep in Mind

Amazon’s fulfillment fees can vary due to measurements taken by automated systems that weigh and measure the boxes. Consequently, you might be charged a different fulfillment fee than what was initially calculated on AZInsight or by the Amazon Revenue Calculator. This discrepancy can occur for several reasons:
  1. Different Dimensions: The dimensions of the product stored in Amazon’s internal catalog may differ from the product you sent to the FBA warehouse.
  2. Size Tier Misclassification: The product might be categorized under a different size tier than what is calculated based on its dimensions.
  3. Higher Pick-and-Pack Fee: Amazon may have charged a higher pick-and-pack fee for this ASIN.
If you encounter this issue, we recommend opening a case with Amazon Seller Central to request an explanation and/or an adjustment of the fees for this ASIN
