AZInsight Supplier Tracker Guide

Overview

The Supplier Tracker feature in AZInsight (Amazon & Walmart) allows you to view, add, and manage supplier matches for each ASIN. You can track prices, update costs, and monitor changes over time.

Where to Find Supplier Tracker

• Located below Est. Monthly Sales on the product details page.

• Displays matches from AsinZen’s trusted database (visible to all users) and your custom entries (visible only to you and your team).

Key Features

1. Supplier Match Table

Displays:

• Product Image (clickable for details)

• Product URL + Title (hover to see full title)

• Price (latest available)

• Last Price Update (timestamp)

• Actions (Update Price, Delete, Add Match)

2. Types of Matches

• AsinZen Database Matches

  • Visible to all AZInsight users.

  • Cannot be deleted.

• Your Custom Matches

  • Private to your team (only your main account and linked sub-accounts can see them).

  • Not visible to other users outside your team.

  • Can be updated or deleted (with restrictions).

How to Use Supplier Tracker

? Adding a New Match

1. Click ➕ Add Match.

2. Fill in:

   • Product URL (required)

   • Image URL (right-click product image and copy URL)

   • Product Title (optional)

3. Click Submit.

⚠️ Restrictions:

• No duplicates

• Token Cost: 20 tokens per new match.
  

? Updating a Price

1. Click the Price of a match (auto-fills Buy Cost).

2. Click ➕ Update Price (for user-added matches only).

3. Enter the new price.

⚠️ Token Cost: 10 tokens per price update.

? Deleting a Match

• Click ?️ Delete on a user-added match.

⚠️ Permissions:

• Main Account: Can delete any match (including those added by sub-accounts).

• Sub-Account: Can only delete their own matches.

? Viewing Price History

• Each user-added match includes a Price History table.

• Shows:

  • Who updated the price

  • Previous prices (latest on top)

  • Delete option (with same restrictions as above)

Token Usage

• Adding a match: 20 tokens

• Updating a price: 10 tokens

Troubleshooting

❌ "Product URL already exists" → Update the existing match instead of adding a duplicate.
❌ "No permission to delete" → Only the match creator or main account can delete.
